1.  Registration Form- Please fill out and either mail, fax or bring the form by the gym on or before May 3, 2008.

2.  Please include your tryout registration payment of $35.00 with the registration form to save your spot.  We accept check, cash, money order, and mastercard/visa over the phone.  Please do not mail cash.

3.  Please also include a current picture of the cheerleader (s) trying out.  Prefer a full body picture.  Please label the picture with full name and age of the cheerleader trying out.

4.  If you are trying out for a position on an Allstar team, please bring a copy of your birth certificate (or we can make a copy).  This is for competition purposes. Therefore, you are not required to do so if you are trying out for an exhibition squad.
